During the first phone contact we will ask what you are looking for in a therapist and pair you with the therapist that you either request or the therapist that specializes in what you are looking for support with.
In Network or Out of Network we’re here to help.
We are in-network with PacificSource Health Plans, PacificSource Community Solutions, OHP- Open Card, First Choice Health Plans, and Providence Health Plan. With each in-network insurance plan, you are responsible for the copay at the time of service. All other insurance plans are considered out of network. Clients covered by out of network insurance plans qualify for our self pay rate, payable at the time of service. We provide you with a SuperBill so that you may submit for reimbursement from your insurance company based on their out of network coverage rates.

The next step is scheduling an appointment. If our therapists are fully committed at the time of your inquiry, we'll offer our wait list. Our therapists offer varied schedules and some offer evening and weekend hours when they have openings.
We’ll see you at the office!
When you come to the office for your first session, it is normal to feel a little nervous. Our Thrive Team Members are here to make you feel welcome and to help you feel comfortable. The intent of the initial session is to establish a connection between you and the therapist. Typically, we will explore what prompted you to reach out, what change you are looking for and what has and has not been effective in the past. Together, you will create a road map for your unique therapy process.

Throughout your therapy process you can count on feeling more clarity, a boost in motivation, increased insight into the interconnectedness of thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Every session you will leave with new coping tools to assist you in navigating life barriers.
